Documenting Anatomic Protocols

In addition to its ability to display annotations with MuliTracer itself, MultiTracer allows the images and contours displayed in the main and orthogonal windows to be saved as TIFF files. These files can then be used as illustrations in creating documentation of an anatomic protocol.

To save a TIFF image of one of the volumes displayed in the main window:
From the main window's "File" menu, choose "Save TIFF of Number" and the submenu corresponding to the loaded image volome you want to save, navigate to the directory where you want to save the file, enter a new file name in the "Name" field and press the "Save" button.
To save a TIFF image of one of the volumes displayed in an orthogonal window:
Choose "Save as TIFF" from the orthogonal window's "File" menu, navigate to the directory where you want to save, enter a new file name in the "Name" field and press the "Save" button.

Only the image is saved with no surrounding border.
