Setting a Structure's Color

You can set the color in which a given structure is displayed:

To select the color of the structure currently displayed in the control panel at the bottom of the main window:

Choose "Set Structure Color" from the main window's "Contours" menu, pick the desired color and click the 'OK' button

The default color for displaying a contour that is being edited is green. If you set the display color of a structure to green, you will need to choose a different editing color by choosing "Set Editing Color" under the "Contours" menu. A single editing color applies to all structures in all orientations.
