scan_warp

Purpose:

Displays information stored in a .warp file

Usage:

scan_warp .warp-file

where the following definitions apply:
.warp-file
name of the .warp file

Examples:

scan_warp atlas10.warpself
standard file: atlas10
identifier: 0024248492
file dimensions: 138 by 170 by 143 pixels (x,y,z)
voxel dimensions: 1.000000e+00 by 1.000000e+00 by 1.750000e+00 (x,y,z)

reslice file: atlas10
identifier: 0024248492
file dimensions: 138 by 170 by 143 pixels (x,y,z)
voxel dimensions: 1.000000e+00 by 1.000000e+00 by 1.750000e+00 (x,y,z)

Equations refer to voxel coordinates
x,y, and z are coordinates in standard file
x',y', and z' are coordinates in reslice file
        x'=             y'=             z'=
        0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00
+ 1.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 x
+ 0.000000e+00 1.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 y
+ 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 1.000000e+00 z
