Purpose:

This program will change the reslice target file in the designated .air file. This utility is designed to allow you apply registration parameters obtained from one file to another spatially equivalent file.

Usage:

mv_air .air-file new-reslice-file

where the following definitions apply:

.air-file

name of the .air file to be modified

new-reslice-file

name of the new reslice file to be inserted into the .air file, which must have the same size and voxel dimensions as the original reslice file

Examples:

• The file mri.air will be modified such that the reslice file that it targets is the file /brain/editedmri.

Comments:

• The old reslice file is stored in the .air file comment and can be reviewed using scanair.
