determinant_mask AIR 5.0


Purpose:

Analyzes a .warp file and creates a 1-bit 'binary' file that is non-zero only in locations where the deformation described by the .warp file has a positive determinant


Usage:

determinant_mask .warp-file output [options]

options:
[-o]
grants permission to overwrite output
where the following definitions apply:
.warp-file
the name of the .warp file
output
the name of the output 1-bit 'binary' file

Examples:

determinant_mask mri.warp mask -o
