determinant_mask
Analyzes a .warp file and creates a 1-bit 'binary'
file that is non-zero only in locations where the deformation described by the .warp
file has a positive determinant

- grants permission to overwrite output
- where the following definitions apply:

- .warp-file
- the name of the .warp file
- output
- the name of the output 1-bit 'binary' file
determinant_mask mri.warp mask -o
- creates a 1-bit 'binary' file mask that is non-zero whereeever mri.warp has a
positive determinant
